I was born and raised in Eastern and Central North Carolina. After graduating from high school I entered the job market in the restaurant industry. Over my career, I worked in both restaurant and retail establishments. I worked for both large and small organizations in management from Front of the House Manager to General Manager. I managed work forces as small as five to as many as forty; with weekly receipts as low as 2,000 USD to 35,000 USD.
